Introducing Nay's MANDATORY Download of the Week! Please be advised that Nay does not refer to Jay in any way. Nay is a character that I created a couple of years ago. Parge is Nay's best friend and weight lifting buddy. As you may have read below I had to cease and desist Jay's MANDATORY Download of the Week due to some legal issues. I have decided to pull Nay out of the closet in order to continue the much anticipated ritual of the MANDATORY download. Enjoy the premier edition.

You know something is funny when even the person who created the post can't stop laughing. I think that I am going to win Thursday night and then Kevin will win Friday. I guess we will have to have the tiebreaker on Saturday to determine the winner.
